Kelcee grew up in Cache Valley and has a passion for horses and rodeo. She has represented Utah’s 4-H program as a public speaker on many occasions and has competed in 4-H at a National level. She and her husband Wyatt love spending time outdoors, camping, playing pickleball, golfing, and chasing their pup around.
